Arduino Pumpkin Project Level 2: Flickering Candlelight Perfboard

Once we have tested our design on a breadboard, we can move it to a more permanent perfboard. Please see the layout below for general component positions and routing for the circuit. 

Please note that all component leads and soldering will occur on the bottom of this perfboard. You can use the leads from the resistor and LEDs to complete your circuit. Make sure to
